Moxy Verona

Right next to Verona Porta Nuova station, Moxy Verona is very convenient for train arrivals and day trips to nearby cities. It has a stylish, youthful feel, with well-designed rooms that are compact, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge selection, but it’s organized well, the quality is good, and there’s plenty to get the day started. It suits the hotel’s modern, no-frills approach.

We used points for a stay at this exciting new Verona hotel. The exterior is plain, but inside it has a casual, hip feel, with couches and plenty of space on the main floor. There’s a foosball table and all sorts of fun, unusual things on the shelves. It’s conveniently close to the bus depot and train station. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and spoke English well. Food and drinks were spot on. It’s all foxy at the Moxy.

The station is right next door, so this is a really convenient base if you’re arriving by train. We like walking, and it was easy to get from the train to exploring town, but there are also plenty of buses and taxis at the station and hotel. Prices are reasonable, the service is great, and every space was clean. The staff were very helpful and the hotel has a great vibe. Highly recommended.

A modern hotel right by the train station, with a fantastic breakfast. Great if you’re breaking up a trip to Venice with a stop in Verona. You can hop on a Lime e-bike or scooter to reach the city centre.
