The breakfast buffet could use some work. There wasn't much variety, and the room service staff came across as quite unprofessional. When I asked for a glass, although other tables had one, they took it from another table after a moment of confusion. That was the one flaw in an otherwise lovely stay. Our rooms were wonderful, and one of the quadruple rooms even had an extra living room in medieval style. The architecture and furnishings have been beautifully preserved, with masonry that feels truly historic and precious. Reception staff were kind and helpful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from the centre and the city's main attractions. A real gem, and I recommend it.
