Virginia welcomed us with a map and marked out places to eat and things to do, which was great service. The room has lovely historic details and feels special. We were in Verona for New Year's, our first visit, and the location was just right, close to everything but tucked away from the busy street so it stayed quiet. We'd happily come back. Thanks to the team at rezidenza Bonifacio, we couldn't have asked for more.

From the historic building to the spotless, well-organized room, our stay at Residenza Bonifacio was a treat. The room felt quaint but had modern touches, and the staff were very accommodating, especially with parking help. It's right in Verona's historic center, so most sights, restaurants, and bars are only a few minutes away on foot. Highly recommend.

Luigi met us at the entrance and handled check-in really well, then shared some great restaurant suggestions. The room had everything we needed and a lovely atmosphere, with its original ceiling and period details. Residenza Bonifacio is also an easy walk from all the main sights.

Michela made a difficult travel day much easier. She accommodated my late reservation change, stayed past normal check-in to meet us, and spent about 30 minutes sharing Verona tips. She was genuinely kind and helpful. The room is right across from Juliet's balcony, in the heart of the city, and had lots of character. It was clean, spacious, and had a strong AC, refrigerator, huge bed, dining area, and great coffee machine. This was the best value of any hotel I've stayed in, and I'm already planning to return to Residenza Bonifacio.

The team did a great job, communication was quick and friendly, and everything we needed was there. The rooms were quiet too. Almost everything is within walking distance, even the Arena and Juliette Balkone, which are no more than 5 minutes away. Hard to do better.
