I gave three stars for the location alone. It's right in the middle of the beautiful historic center, and the simple, practical setup includes a kitchen that would work well for a family with small children. But the place was extremely dirty. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen all needed disinfecting before I felt comfortable touching anything. Dust was everywhere, especially in the bathroom, where the radiator was packed with it. The bedroom has an external bathroom. Dear owners, Antonella, please do something about the cleaning. A happy guest may come back, so don't cut corners there, even if the place is always full.

The bedroom and kitchen were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the place is right in the center, close to the arena. Andrea, the manager, was very helpful with all sorts of requests, from suggestions for restaurants and visits to transport advice. I'd recommend it to anyone, as I've already recommended it to a friend.

The room was very clean, and there's a kitchen to use if you need it. The location is super accessible, about 20 seconds from Juliette's house and a minute from Plaza Erbe. Get in touch with Peis on WhatsApp.

The best thing is being right in the center. There are stairs, but it's fine for a few days. Functional place.
