Carla made us feel at home straight away. Our flight from London was delayed, and even though check-in normally ends at 10pm, she waited for us until 11pm without hesitation. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she was one of the kindest, most welcoming hosts we’ve met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully presented, and immaculately clean, with soft, comfortable beds and elegant chandeliers. Breakfast was arranged at the accommodation: fresh croissants from the bakery, meats and cheeses, juice, tea, and a coffee machine. A perfect start to the day. The location is fantastic, and there’s a Juliet balcony just a 3 minute walk from the accommodation. We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Elisabetta and would absolutely return. Thank you Carla for your hospitality ❤️

The host even offered to keep our luggage for free, and breakfast was very good. In the morning she brought fresh croissants, ham, and cheese; the shared kitchen also had toast, sandwiches, coffee, milk, water, and whatever else you might need. Our room was spotless and just the right size for a few nights. The old town location is peaceful and no attraction is more than a 10 minute walk away. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. I rarely give five stars, but this stay earned them. Highly recommend.

The rooms had everything we could think of and more. Breakfast was left for us in the morning, and the air conditioning kept things cool overnight. The hosts were so friendly and lovely, and happy to share advice. Great base for walking around Verona and sightseeing.
