The air conditioning didn’t cool the room very well. Everything else was fine, though. Thanks for your hospitality!

Breakfast is included, but it’s served at the bar downstairs rather than on the premises. There you can choose from a five-course menu with hot drinks and fruit juices, pastries or cakes, and more. This is a small, family-run B&B in central Verona, with spacious rooms that are spotlessly clean. I’d recommend it for a weekend exploring the city.

Cristina, the owner, is incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room felt brand new, was beautifully decorated, and was very pleasant. The location in Verona’s historic center is excellent, close to everything, and easy to reach from the train and bus station where the airport bus drops you off. Breakfast is served downstairs at the bar as a set menu, with one choice from each section: hot drink, juice, something sweet, something savory, fruit, or yogurt. The eggs were the best part, however you chose to have them cooked. I’d definitely recommend it and come back!

One room is missing its shutters, and the light shines right at the window, making it really hard to fall asleep or get much sleep. Breakfast is at the bar downstairs, so you have to go out onto the street for it. You’re also dependent on the bar’s opening hours, which aren’t always the same.
