This place used to be good and clean when it was new, so it’s disappointing to see how it’s been left. Our room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There was a bad smell, black mold in the bedroom corners and bathroom, and black areas around the shower head’s water outlets. The room quality was unacceptable. I hope I can post photos here. The owner should take care of the property. I wouldn’t come back.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Getting around is easy too: all the bus lines are close by, the Ospedale di Borgo Trento is just meters away, and the new bike path between Ponte Garibaldi and Parona starts only steps from here. The surroundings are hard to beat, and the location offers great value for money.

The owner was professional, friendly, and very courteous. There are bars, shops, and restaurants right nearby, while the neighborhood itself stays very quiet. The rooms are lovely, each with its own bathroom inside the room. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Verona’s old town. A really nice B&B, and I’d recommend it for a couple’s weekend in Verona.

Francesco is a friendly, professional host, and the rooms are lovely with private bathrooms. Piazza Erbe is about a twenty-minute walk away. A great place if you’re planning a weekend in Verona, highly recommended.
