For a one-night visit, it worked out really well. The apartment was clean and comfortable, good value for the money, and close to Verona's city center and main landmarks. I'd definitely recommend it.

The place was very well located, and apart from the problem we had, we really liked it. It did feel a bit pricey given what happened, though I appreciated that the staff tried to make up for it. We chose the hotel because it had A/C. On the first night it wasn't working, and the heat made our stay uncomfortable. I called the staff, but they couldn't fix it or send someone over. I managed to get the A/C running myself the next day, and the hotel offered compensation for the first night. I'd recommend checking the equipment before new guests arrive to prevent this happening again.

The location was perfect, right in the center. We had a great time, and the place was clean and spacious. It had everything needed for cooking and making breakfast, including a coffee machine.
