We only stayed two nights, and the service was perfect. We hadn't expected the sheets and towels to be changed, but they were, which was amazing. There was also a coffee machine with plenty of capsules, topped up the next morning, plus a few things for breakfast. It was a pretty comfortable stay. It's a kind of B&B with self check-in and checkout. The location works perfectly if you're going to somewhere like the ICLO center, but it's rather inconvenient for visiting Verona's city center, even though buses serve the area well.

I never received check-in details, and nobody picked up when I called the contact number. Luckily, a maintenance worker happened to be passing and helped me. The room smelled of cigarettes. He said it was from the air freshener he'd used, but I think it may have been because smoking was allowed just outside the windows. Then things got worse. My booking clearly said comfort room with a double bed and a sofa bed for my son, but the room had been set up for two adults. I had specified this in the reservation, but somehow the information got lost in the booking system. They then tried to charge an extra 35€ for my son, even though the terms and conditions say 15€. I felt like I was being conned. The bath or shower leaked all over the floor, and they tried to blame us instead of the plumbing. We left and found another place to stay. It was incredibly frustrating, and I'd strongly suggest avoiding this place and staying elsewhere. They didn't accept any responsibility, and their attitude was very, very disappointing.

We were just passing through Verona and stayed one night. The place is in an industrial area, so there's likely to be some noise in the morning. The room had a fridge, a coffee machine with three capsule options, classic, decaf, and orzo, and some sweet snacks. The grounds were nice and clean, and parking was free right by the door. Great for a quick stop, though I wouldn't pick it for a longer stay.

The room was lovely, the staff were nice enough, and I appreciated the espresso machine and complimentary cakes. But the location wasn't ideal for me. The hotel is in an industrial area about 2km from the city centre, and a nearby factory made quite a bit of noise in the mornings and evenings. Public transport wasn't very accessible. A bus or taxi is your only way into Verona city centre, and you need the local app to check the bus times.

Good value for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. We did have a check-in hiccup because the entry code didn't arrive automatically, but it was sorted out pretty quickly.
