Agriturismo Villa Ione

We only stayed one night, but we’ll definitely return. The view was unique, breakfast was plentiful, and the family running the place were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious, and they kindly put in an extra bed. Both the room and bathroom were clean.

I used the electric car charging station during my stay. The place is surrounded by greenery, the food is excellent, and the pool is beautiful. The staff are top notch. Definitely worth a visit.

We celebrated our son’s baptism here, and everything was SPECTACULAR. The food was EXCELLENT, and the team were professional, kind, and so helpful. It’s our favorite place, and I highly recommend it.

The room and dinner were both so disappointing that we’ll never come back. My husband, our seven-year-old daughter, and I arrived on the afternoon of December 5th for our tenth wedding anniversary. We had mentioned the occasion to the owner’s daughter several times over WhatsApp. The property itself was beautiful, and everything seemed fine when we walked into reception. Then the owner told us our room had no hot water because the boiler was broken. It was a freezing cold evening, and upstairs we found a large, freezing room with barely working heat. The heating had only just been turned on, and there was no heater in the bathroom. We had to ask for an additional heater because it was so cold inside. Dinner was another shock. The food was not fresh, was poor quality, and was terribly cooked. We left almost all of it because it was inedible and told the owner. She replied that everyone else was satisfied there. I repeat, the food was terrible. We offered to pay half the room rate and half the dinner charge, but she said she would charge us nothing. In the morning, when we went down for breakfast and to settle up, she again said we owed nothing. We hadn’t come for a free two-day stay. We wanted a warm, decent room and a good dinner for our anniversary, and expected to pay what we owed. This restaurant owner seems to think waiving the bill makes up for terrible service and an awful dinner. My husband and I were completely disappointed. Strongly discouraged.
