Pay close attention to the check-in and check-out times here. Check-in is unusually late at 17:00, and although this is shared with you, on the last day they suddenly told me I had to check in by 19:30. I asked if they could wait just 15 minutes, but they absolutely refused, leaving me feeling I'd paid without being able to use the room. I truly believe this is how they make money and that they are scammers. The hosts were cold and unhelpful, the complete opposite of the warm, helpful people I met elsewhere in Italy. I also suspect many of the positive reviews are fake and written by them. I felt badly misled by the high ratings. Total scammers.

It's very peaceful, with a beautiful view from the villa terrace, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is consistent. The weak Wi-Fi and distance from town are drawbacks, since you depend on a car. Still, the price, quiet, and views make it worth it for up to two nights.

The terraces look out over magnificent surrounding nature, and the hillside rooms are spacious and clean. Getting around the small parking area beside the rooms is tricky, and access involves difficult steps for anyone with limited mobility. Breakfast was disappointing: apart from yogurt, there were no fresh products, just cheap croissants and biscuits from discount supermarkets. At the end of September, there were lots of very aggressive mosquitoes, even in the daytime.

We paid a price that included breakfast and were very happy with what we got. The location works well for visiting both Lerici and Levanto. After arriving, we felt refreshed, and the room and bathroom were both very comfortable and especially clean.

A panoramic view and a peaceful setting. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, and the host was friendly and helpful.
