There's parking inside the property, so we could keep our car close by. The building is about a 15-minute drive from the beach, which didn't seem far to me. Outside, there are green areas at both the front and back, with tables and chairs to sit at. We also found souvenirs in the hallway at fairly good prices, and could buy some when leaving. We had an entire floor to ourselves, with three bedrooms and a large kitchen. The rooms, toilet, and bathroom were very clean, and there were a reasonable number of towels. The washing machine came in handy. The Italian-style double-glazed windows were beautiful, and the balcony by the entrance was useful for hanging laundry or sitting with coffee or tea. An older couple own the place and came out to the yard to greet us warmly. They spoke Italian, so we used a translator to communicate. If you're after a large place with several rooms and generous outdoor space, this could suit you.
