A great location, and the owner was very friendly. The room was cozy, clean, quiet, and had air conditioning. The bathroom felt a little small. I'd recommend it!

We paid 90 euros for a quadruple room, with the tourist tax on top. The room had air conditioning at no extra cost, and there was timed parking for unloading bags. If you're lucky, you can park right outside; otherwise, there's usually a free spot nearby, sometimes a little farther away. For these prices in Viareggio, I don't think you'll find better. Nadia was kind and helpful, but the hotel clearly hasn't had much investment for a long time and needs updating. Some fixtures and furnishings are worn out and need replacing or repair, and basic conveniences like an elevator are missing. Guests should be able to feel safe when they enter any establishment. There's no breakfast, and with no elevator I especially wouldn't recommend it for elderly people. I'd suggest it only to guests who have no particular expectations and are content with very little.

The welcome here was unlike anything I've experienced in Italy. The lady at reception was so warm and kind, like a mother greeting you. If that's the sort of welcome you want, this is a place to stay.

We only stayed one night, after the house we'd booked became unavailable because of technical problems. The owner kindly let us sleep here in the emergency. The location is good. The rooms are simple, with no frills, for people staying in the area. Lido di Camaiore is a 5km walk away, while the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk.
