The staff are genuinely nice and helpful, and the location works well if you're coming for a beach holiday in Viareggo. Breakfast was okay, though it could be better. The bathroom is too small, and for the condition of the rooms, I think the price is too high.

The standard room was great, and the staff were really kind.

Giulio, Melissa, and the kitchen staff made us feel like family and really looked after us. Giulio's cooking was divine, like eating at a top-notch restaurant every night, and they were wonderful with the kids. The location was excellent too. The one thing that kept this from a fifth star was the cleaning lady, who was quite lacking. Still, we had a really good time and will be back.

The food was sublime, and you can tell the owner loves working in the kitchen. The menu is always fresh, which really makes a difference. It's an excellent hotel in Viareggio, and the owner is dedicated to the job. Well done!

The owners are friendly and helpful, but the hotel feels a bit rundown and isn't cheap. The bathroom is much too small, and the stay felt like being in a room for two.
