We're a family of four from Norway with grown-up kids, and we all loved our stay. The family running the hotel gave us such personal service that it felt high-end, even though the hotel itself isn't high end. Breakfast was good, and dinner was served with passion. We'll stay with Adriana next time. Thanks from Norway.

A cozy, nice hotel in the heart of the city, close to the beach. The hosts are really sweet with their guests.

We paid a fortune for a room that wasn't worth the price. It was a busy period, Viareggio is expensive, and the location wasn't bad, about five minutes from the beach and facing a beautiful pine forest, so we might have accepted the price. But the room was shabby and dirty, and the bathroom was worse. They gave it to us without shower doors and said we could shower without flooding the place. After the first shower, the bathroom was wet enough that we might as well have gone to the sea. They said nobody could replace the doors on Fridays. We complained repeatedly and even suggested fitting a temporary shower curtain that cost only €10 at the supermarket, but the owners did nothing and kept making excuses. We stayed two nights and three days with my boyfriend for the Jova Beach Party. We'd never been to Viareggio before, and even if we came back, we wouldn't stay at this hotel again, even for free. The extra towels we asked for to mop up the mess were provided only the first night. When we got back very late after the concert on the second night, there were no extra towels, and one of the two we had was dirty. Outrageous. I'd give zero stars if I could.
