We stayed at Hotel London for Carnevale in Feb '26, and the reception team were attentive and easy to reach before the trip. We arrived early, and they kindly looked after our bags until check-in. Breakfast had lots to choose from: cooked options, continental food, pastries and other goodies. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the decor felt a little dated. Large shutters and heavy-duty seals on the windows kept out light and noise from the main road. The hotel is right on the promenade, and you can see the carnevale from the window, though it doesn't pass directly outside the building. You do need to buy a ticket during your stay to access the hotel, which was fine for us since we came especially for it. Great for the beach, shops, restaurants and all Viareggio has to offer.

We spent four days here and would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was fresh with plenty of variety. Perla, who was there at breakfast, was always smiling and very pleasant. The staff were great from reception through to housekeeping.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice. Mosquitoes were a real problem, though. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, and both my room and the hotel in general were invaded by them, so I barely slept.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the room was nice and clean. The staff were polite too. It's a lovely hotel on the promenade in Viareggio, about a 15-minute walk from the train station. I'd definitely come back.

The room was beautiful, with good air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We had a very good time in Viareggio. It's a spectacular place to stay if you want the beach or to travel nearby and see the Pisa tower. Many thanks to Matteo for the excellent service!
