The owners were incredibly kind, and the hotel has a cozy atmosphere and its own charm. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Viareggio.

It’s very central, clean, and the staff are great. Just be aware that there’s no elevator. I was on the top floor, which was quite a climb, and the sloped roof meant I hit my head every time I got out of bed. I wouldn’t stay on the third floor again!

The owner was really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were small but very clean. Breakfast was perfect. Nice hotel, and we’ll be back soon.

The owners are very friendly, but you'll need to speak Italian. We had bad luck with some other guests while we were there. They jumped down the stairs at 23:30 and partied with their doors open, so it was very loud during our stay. The owners' friendliness and the fact that they cleaned the rooms every day were the good points.

The hospitality was great, and it's a short walk to the beach and plenty of good restaurants. We'd definitely return. Thank you :)
