I still haven't received a proper fiscal invoice for my business trip. They gave me a pro forma, which isn't enough for a company, and despite several emails and asking to speak to the manager, nobody has responded. The stay was already paid for, but they don't seem to care about sorting out my request. They even said it couldn't be done because my company is Polish. What? Italy is in the EU, so that shouldn't be a problem.

The location is handy, close to Corso Palladio, the main square and other amenities. The staff were kind and professional, and the price was inexpensive. But I didn't sleep well either night. The room felt creepy, and the huge ceiling fan ticked loudly all night. There's no air conditioning. The old furniture is clunky and unattractive, and the bathroom wasn't very nice. Breakfast was basic, so even though it was included, I ate out. There wasn't a safe in the room either. I really didn't like it and wouldn't stay again.

Room 3B was large, spotless and tucked inside the building, so it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The antique furniture is lovely, and the staff were very helpful. It's a charming hotel in a great location. Highly recommend it.

I keep coming back to Due Mori as my favorite hotel around Vicenza. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the location is excellent. It has an old-fashioned charm that modern hotels can't really offer, plus a fresh, light breakfast is included. ❤️Due Mori!

The rooms are about what you'd expect from a typical European stay, and the breakfast is always delicious. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. Just a note, there's no air conditioning.
