The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. Two very professional, polite, and genuinely pleasant women were always around and ready to help with whatever we needed. Their care and attention to detail really showed. The reception and kitchen staff were also incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Hotel Giada is clean and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including bread, cold cuts, and delicious cheeses, and the staff at breakfast and reception were so polite and welcoming. Luigi was especially helpful, with great restaurant suggestions. The drinks and music at the bar were excellent too. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel has a beautiful, stylish interior, with glass tables, classy wallpaper, and an impressive chandelier that stretches across four floors. It’s a short drive to the city. Thank you for the great service!

We love this place and make a point of stopping here whenever we travel to France. The staff are very friendly, the restaurant on site is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable. Prices are reasonable too.

It’s easy to reach from the motorway, and the location is well chosen. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff are exceptionally kind and professional. An excellent hotel.

The breakfast was a real treat, with lots of sweet and savory options and choices for guests with specific dietary needs. The staff were attentive, available, and extremely friendly throughout. Rooms and shared spaces were spotless down to the details, which made the stay even more pleasant. I chose Hotel Giada for the VicenzaOro fair and couldn’t have picked better. The hotel is easy to reach and well connected to both the center and the exhibition area. The decor is a little gem, modern but still elegant and refined. I highly recommend Hotel Giada for a warm welcome, comfort, and cleanliness in Vicenza, whether you’re there for work or pleasure.
