Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar

The rooftop restaurant and bar were a highlight, with amazing food and spectacular sunset views over Naples, Ischia, and Mount Vesuvius. Try the ziti pasta with genovese sauce and Sfogliatella for dessert. Staff there were friendly and attentive, just like the rest of the team. When we arrived, reception and the manager made us comfortable with a seat and a glass of water while we checked in, then showed us around and brought our luggage to the room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Vico Equense is lovely and fairly quiet compared with Naples and Sorrento, while still being well connected by train. I highly recommend the hotel.

We especially appreciated how welcoming and helpful the reception team were from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a large garage parking area, which was very convenient, and it’s well placed for exploring nearby towns. The view of Mount Vesuvius and the sunsets were unforgettable. We had a wonderful stay at Domo 20, and all the staff were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast cake was delicious, with what looked like apple pieces, and seemed to combine cheesecake and chiffon cake. The hotel itself is cozy and has beautiful views. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke good English. They arranged a taxi for us, prepared packed breakfasts, and kept our room cleaned promptly. There’s also a free shuttle bus. Highly recommended!

The restaurant has amazing views, and the hotel itself has great views too. There’s a garage for parking and an elevator, both very handy. One warning, the route Google Maps gives you up to the hotel is not driveable and could trash your car. Follow the hotel’s directions up the hillside instead. Also, the “spa” is really a cold plunge pool, not a spa. :-)
