The old town location is gorgeous, with narrow streets full of character, and we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome or a prettier room. This beautifully updated B&B is extremely clean, and there’s even an elevator if stairs are difficult. The owner clearly loves Vieste and enjoyed sharing its history and things to see. We both understand Italian, which may have helped. We only stayed one night, so we missed breakfast, though Renata kindly tried to pack us some snacks for the next day’s journey. The main complication is parking: cars can’t enter these streets, so you need to leave yours elsewhere. There are public lots with clear signs, but the rules seem more generous than the signs suggest. Locals know how it works, so just ask. Without a car, this B&B is gorgeous. If you’re driving, be prepared to park a short walk away.

Renata is a marvelous manager and hostess, and such a delight to talk with. She knows the area well, and all her recommendations for restaurants and activities were excellent. Vieste is lucky to have her as an ambassador!

The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very spacious by Italian standards. You’re centrally placed at the edge of the old part of the city, about a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and its outstanding panoramic coastal views. A wide range of restaurants is close by, tucked into the old city’s narrow streets.

Very clean rooms, excellent service, and a great spot right in the historic center. The downside was the noise at night, plus a very steep staircase to climb to reach our room.

The host was amazing, breakfast was great, and the room was stunning and clean, with new appliances and a great location. Perfection!
