The pool and beach are great, and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel needs renovation in my opinion. It's in a beautiful spot, yet barely worth its 4 stars. The food was bland, portions were small, and the morning cappuccino came from a machine. I can make a better one at home. Staff were very inflexible when we asked for an extra portion of pasta for our second child, who hadn't ordered the main course. In our bathroom, the handle was coming loose, and the door lock didn't work well, making it difficult to open the room door. At checkout, we asked to stay an extra hour at the bar, but were told to leave because they had a big changeover. I'm not sure how us sitting in the bar would have affected that. I've never experienced this at a 4-star hotel. We won't return to the hotel, but we will come back to Gargano.

The rooms, beach, and food were simply perfect. We had two fabulous weeks here and can't wait to come back. A special thanks to Giuseppe and Donato in the restaurant. Seeing you every day was such a joy, and you made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you!

The garden's old trees give you shade and peace, and we even got a welcome drink at the beach bar 😍. The hotel itself is old, but book one of the restyled rooms: they're brand new and the beds are very comfortable. The front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning ladies were all very nice. Thank you 🤩. The whole team does a great job, and you can really relax here.
