The two managers are very helpful, but that can't make up for all the problems. The walls are peeling from damp, quite a few things don't work, and the furnishings are sparse. The cleaning lady is rude and disrespectful toward guests. It's a shame, because the property has potential and could be top-notch with some effort. At the moment, the value for money is questionable.

The location is beautiful and well placed, with a lot of potential, but the good points end there. Our room had mold on the walls, worn-out furniture, and dirt everywhere. The in-room jacuzzi looked impressive until it started leaking while we were out. We came back to find a couple of inches of water on the floor. Management offered no help: they said I hadn't told them how much water there was, and after I reported the leak, told me to get towels from a nearby shop and dry it myself because the plumber wasn't working on Sundays. We paid €110 a night and got terrible service. They also don't register guests on the police headquarters' guest portal. Total incompetence.

The 5S room was lovely, and the location was quiet and strategic. Service is entirely virtual, with no social contact, but that was fine by me. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

We stayed in a villa surrounded by greenery and quiet, and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spotless, with lots of attention to detail, and breakfast was generous and served in the room. The staff were attentive and helpful. We were very well looked after and will definitely return.
