Residence Delfino

The bungalows are very cramped, with uncomfortable old mattresses and very little equipment. There's not even a cutting board, and everything provided is old and heavily used. The nice swimming pool is the only plus. I don't recommend it.

The village is pleasant, surrounded by greenery and close to the sea, which you can reach by shuttle in a few minutes or with a 10-minute walk. It's also very near Vieste center. The pool area is lovely, though diving can be annoying for the children and teenagers, who splash water everywhere. The resort itself was quiet, but neighboring resorts had entertainment going past midnight. Evening entertainment here was almost entirely for little kids. There were several problems with the services and apartments. The furnishings were old, neglected, and not functional. Our refrigerator was rusty, dirty, and in terrible condition when we arrived. Management replaced it promptly after we reported it. In the children's room, the single beds had rusty, outdated bases and sagging mattresses that made it hard to sleep well. Services were nearly nonexistent: there was no restaurant, despite it having been reported, and the only bar had hours that didn't suit a resort, closing from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 7:00 PM. We couldn't even get an ice cream or coffee during evening entertainment. Air conditioning, sheets, and towels weren't included in the price, which wasn't exactly cheap. A few more thoughtful touches and services would have made the stay much more pleasant.

The houses are lovely and very clean, and there's nice entertainment for the little ones. The pool stays open with music. It's not right on the beach, but you can get there in 10 minutes, and Vieste is a 10-minute drive away. Recommended for families and couples.
