Ambrogio and his mother were thoughtful, discreet, and delightful. Their historic winery, Il Mandrione, makes excellent wine and olive oil, and their shop is just a few meters from the B&B, so I’d recommend stopping in. My partner and I stayed eight nights in July 2022. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s a peaceful oasis, with the sea and main amenities like a supermarket, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants only minutes away. Vieste, Peschici, and the Umbra Forest are 15 minutes away. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a washing machine, kitchen, drying rack, large terrace with loungers and a dining table, and a grill. The owners were so kind and welcomed us with their own olive oil and wine. A beautiful, very peaceful place set among olive trees. We were really pleased.

We spent three nights in the apartment while road-tripping around Italy. Ambrogio is a friendly owner who clearly loves what he does. He also has a vineyard and olive grove, and guests can enjoy a wine tasting at his estate, with snacks from “la mamma.” Such a sweet family, they made us feel very welcome.

We’re staying here for a second time. It’s peaceful among olive groves and only minutes from the sea and Umbra Forest. The owners also run the farm where they make wine and oil. A great fit if you don’t like tourist resorts.

The apartment is spacious, lovely, new, and practical, in a charming, quiet, cool spot among olive trees. The owners are friendly, discreet, and happy to help. They produce high-quality olive oil and wine. Great for families.
