Everything was handled for us, and we never found ourselves needing anything. The staff were courteous and clearly knew their work. You can see the owners put effort back into the business to keep guests happy, which is the opposite of places that just do the bare minimum. I've stayed in plenty of places, but this was the best. A lovely weekend, and we'll be back next year.
After a day on the snow, the new wellness area is a great place to unwind. There’s a sauna, infrared room, jacuzzi and massages. A+ across the board.
I really liked the rooms, and the hotel and spa were both very nice.
