I spent ten days at Hotel Latemar Spitz over Christmas and loved every day. It’s a beautiful family run hotel, with a personal, caring welcome. All the staff were amazing, always friendly and ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were great. The sauna area is small, with only a few loungers for relaxing. I loved my stay and can highly recommend it.

We stayed during winter, and the hotel was perfectly located near the ski lift. Our family room was fine, and both the breakfast buffet and dinner each night were amazing. The staff were very friendly, and since it’s a family style hotel, you really feel like part of the family. Thanks to everyone for making our stay wonderful.

What stays with us most is the warm, homelike feel of the place, with the Pollam family and staff always ready to help. The food was so good we left clean plates, and after skiing we could unwind in the sauna or steam room. We had free parking right outside, too. This was our second week-long stay, over the end-of-year holidays through Befana. The hotel is handy for the Vigo and Pozza lifts, and Gabriel, the friendly driver, takes guests to both ski areas every day. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The waitstaff were genuinely kind, which was a bright spot. The rest of our stay was frustrating: the sauna was out of order for most of it, and we had trouble getting the ski bus passes that were meant to be included in the price. The hotel feels dated, and our room was tiny. It was meant for five, but even the three of us felt cramped, probably the smallest hotel room we’ve ever had. We’d also been assured by email that the meals would suit our dietary needs, but they weren’t adapted.
