Three friends and I stayed for a week while on a cycling trip. The owners were easy to reach, and everything went smoothly. The facilities were great, with a bike room, laundry room and garage all linked to the main building. I’d definitely recommend it.

A pleasant village and a handy location, with just a short walk to the cable car. The garage is convenient, and there’s a good setup for storing ski boots and skis. The place itself is warm and nice.

I’d caution against booking here. My flight changed a week before I was due to arrive, but I wasn’t worried at first because the property had sent me an “online check-in” link through the booking system. That sounded like the self check-in many places offer now. After entering all my details, I told them I expected to arrive around 10-11 pm. They replied that I could pick up the keys only from 4 to 8 pm. I asked whether they could leave the keys in a locker or at a nearby hotel or shop. I even offered to pay extra for a staff member to wait three hours. They refused every option. I then asked to cancel because of the misunderstanding about online check-in, or to move my booking from Friday to Saturday. There were still rooms showing as available, with only three days until my arrival. That request was refused too, even though booking co supported it. The only response was that I’d made a mistake and had to pay, and that they would have helped with self check-in if I’d booked through their own website. I lost all my money and had to find another hotel. The owner seems to treat guests from booking websites as a lower category. Don’t make the same mistake and book a room here.

We only stayed one night on a road trip, but I’d come back with my family for longer, in either winter or summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, cozy and well equipped. Guests can also use the bike room, ski locker and laundry room, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
