During a rail disruption in the region in July 2024, trains were cancelled or delayed. We learned ours would arrive 1.5 hours late, past the hotel’s check-in time, and about five hours beforehand I messaged B&B Elegance to ask if they could accommodate us. We were booked for two nights. My messages were ignored at first, then they said there was nothing they could do. The booking was cancelled, but they kept 150 Euros for both nights and said we couldn’t even arrive in the morning. I ended up searching for another hotel at 10pm while on a train to the place where our original stay had just been cancelled. I contacted Booking.com twice, but they wouldn’t negotiate a refund either. This customer service felt greedy, so I give it zero stars.

The host was very friendly and ready to help with whatever guests needed. The apartment had all the comforts for a relaxing visit, and the location made shopping easy, with Villa San Giovanni train station just steps away. I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area!

We had such a lovely long weekend for the Immaculate Conception. Mariano was incredibly helpful, and we were welcomed with an aperitif and treated to a delicious breakfast. The room was modern and impeccably clean. The B&B is right in the center, just steps from Spaccanapoli. When we’re back in Naples, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you! Chiara and Daniele

The mini apartment was elegant, inviting, and clean, and I’d recommend the location too. The person who welcomed us was extremely kind. Thanks so much. Paola and Elisabetta.

Breakfast was the best part, and it was included in the price when we booked it through WhatsApp. I stayed in the mini apartment with my wife and appreciated how courteous the host was, along with the cleanliness and location. It had a spacious, comfortable bathroom and all the basics: fridge, stove, washing machine, cookware, cutlery, plates, and glasses. I recommend it.
