I’m only reviewing the restaurant. I arrived by motorcycle in heavy rain, hoping to get out of it and have something to eat, but at 13:25 the door was already locked. The door and website say it closes at 14:00, though a notice on the door says the last entry is at 13:30. I hadn’t seen that. Be aware.

The food was the real highlight. I had unusual gnocchi with potatoes, butter, and fiori the zucchine, then very tender chicken breast with mushrooms and venison. The panna cotta ai frutti di bosco was superb. The place itself is charming, with trinkets and memorabilia all around, and the hosts are helpful. Michela does her best to help with anything. The service is great and cleanliness is clinical. The rooms are simple, fully furnished, and spotless, with very comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended.

We found this place on a recommendation, and the trout ravioli was to die for. The food and service were exceptional. I'm only sorry we could fit in one course. Bellisimo grazia, we'd love to come again.

We were very happy with the accommodation and restaurant, and even got to park our motorcycles in the garage. If you're a motorcyclist, I highly recommend staying here.
