Streamer Naguura brought her whole chat and audience along to this hotel. We got a beautiful room with a nice view and soft beds, and the service was top tier. The restaurant food was fantastic too. The venison tenderloin was exquisite, and the wine was superb. We'd all definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling through the valley!

The chef deserves a shout-out for the imaginative dishes, and the dining options are superb. There are also excellent food and wine choices, spacious rooms, and nice facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a lovely hotel within a short walk of the station. Thanks for an enjoyable week.

On our multi-day hiking trip through the Dolomites with Exodus travels, this hotel was superb. Stefano and his team made the restaurant feel wonderfully welcoming while staying professional, and the food was exceptional. The sauna and pool were not to be missed, and the town is small but has plenty to offer. We stayed at Hotel Adler in Villabassa/Niederdorf during the first week of August and loved it. Our room was spacious, with lovely linen, great bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We hiked in the mountains each day, and it was easy to get to trailheads on foot or by train or bus. Breakfast and dinner menus were creative and featured local produce. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at Hotel Adler. It's a beautiful, welcoming place in the Dolomites, with an unpretentious feel. The food was outstanding, full of authentic regional flavors, and the wine list was fantastic. A lovely place to relax, feel at home, and enjoy something special.
