Breakfast was homemade and delicious, and our room was clean and well looked after. We spent three nights with Scilla and were welcomed warmly, with excellent service throughout. The host spoke perfect English and was very helpful. We’ll come back on our next Italian holiday.

The room and parking area were both spacious, and we had a really pleasant stay. We could park our bikes, borrow an umbrella when it rained, and linger over breakfast for hours. If you’re visiting Piemonte, we recommend Il Mio Gelso. Scilla and her daughter were wonderful. Scilla was attentive and generous, and glad to help with anything from local tips to booking a restaurant.

Our money went a long way here. The rooms were warm and comfortable, with a homey feel, and everything came with a smile and a bit of good humor. Scilla was a lovely hostess, sharing information about the area and even offering to book us a great restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had a great mix of local cheeses, fresh homemade cakes, and granola.
