The place is a little dated, but it holds its own with its local cooking and family-run feel. Even the gluten-free option reflects the effort of the people working every day to uphold the family name and what they believe in.

A long-standing hotel in the area, with a very large conference room and huge parking lot. Its location in the Vinchiaturo countryside, right on the SS17, is strategic. It also has a summer swimming pool and an attached hotel school.

Le Cupolette is a lovely, spacious property that's well organized. The building feels a bit dated, but at the low price I paid, it had all the comforts I expected from a 3-star hotel. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, though I didn't need it because the temperature was perfect without it. Breakfast was excellent and generous, with croissants, homemade cakes, fruit, jams, biscuits, and savory choices available on request. I was with friends, so I didn't get to have lunch myself, but people who did said the portions were generous and the food high quality. Pool access during opening hours, including deckchairs and sun loungers, was part of the price. I had a very positive stay and highly recommend it.
