Steindl's B&B

I don't understand why this hotel has only three stars, it deserves four. The hotel was clean and cozy, and the staff were kind, professional, and focused on guests. The service was great, and don’t miss breakfast!

We stayed at six hotels in six Italian cities over two weeks, and this one was easily the best. The new garden-side room had a patio, swing, and grassy area for my dog. Everything was fresh, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in Europe. I wish I’d had my phone with me to take photos that morning. Have a look at the pictures other guests posted! The city center starts right across the street. We paid 10€/night for the private garage, and there’s also free parking along the road on the side. My dog was welcomed in the bar, lounge, and breakfast area, and cost 10€/night. I noticed a separate room for bikes, skis, and other gear. There was also a bike rack and a washing machine for guests. We didn’t use those, but it’s great to see, and I hope it helps someone choose this hotel. The one drawback for me was the dark bathroom. There’s one light by the shower and toilet and two lights on the mirror, so doing my makeup was a bit difficult. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We were amazed and will definitely come back! We stopped unexpectedly on our way to central Italy and hadn’t expected a 5* experience. The breakfast was unbelievable, fresh, beautifully arranged, and extremely high quality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well designed while still being functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is dog-friendly. It wasn’t that expensive at all.

The city center is an easy stroll away, and the restaurant serves quick bites. Breakfast was far above the usual standard. We found the rooms nice and the surroundings beautiful, with free indoor parking that was easy to access. It’s also just a couple of minutes from the highway. The host was very friendly and answered our email requests promptly. Very recommendable!
