We had free parking and Italian breakfast included, and will definitely be back. It's a lovely place in a beautiful location. Our stay wasn't entirely flawless, but the management's real commitment to making it good came through when inconveniences arose. Grazie.

Tony and Roxana were wonderful hosts, and my wife and I are already looking forward to coming back. The Italian villa and garden are gorgeous, with historic town within walking distance. Our large room and bathroom had everything we needed, from modern amenities, a refrigerator, coffee, and tea to great furnishings, lovely light from the windows, and a super-comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent every morning, and both the Wi-Fi and mobile entry worked perfectly.

Just outside Viterbo, this B&B is spacious, clean, private, and beautiful. The owners are great.

Set in a historic period building, this guesthouse brings together old-world charm and modern comforts. It's about 100 meters from the village of San Martino al Cimino, just outside Viterbo, and the garden is a lovely place to relax or have breakfast. The setting is peaceful, while Viterbo's center is only a few minutes away by car. There’s plenty of parking outside. Access is by code, with staff on site to prepare a very good breakfast in a welcoming dining room and cleaning staff available. A good option for couples after a romantic stay or travelers who enjoy unusual historic homes.

I was there for three nights because I needed to be, not really for a holiday, but the place still felt like home. Everyone on staff treated me with care and courtesy, and I'm very grateful. It's a lovely property, kept up meticulously, with comfortable rooms and just the right amount of space. I recommend giving it a try. When I can, I'll gladly return for a vacation with my husband and take time to see San Martino and the very interesting area around it. Thanks again. Maria Simeone
