4/10
The mattress sagged in the middle, which was unacceptable, and the rooms had no soundproofing. At night the air conditioning was so loud that we couldn’t use it. The stairs up to the room were extremely steep, and getting there without falling left you exhausted.

10/10
There were four of us, and we each had our own seat and, even better, enough space to ourselves. The place felt welcoming and very comfortable, and the staff were polite and efficient.

10/10
The rooms were lovely and very clean, and the service was excellent. The location was decent, though the airport connection was the issue.

The central location was a plus. Just keep in mind that rooms on the upper floors mean dealing with steep, inconvenient stairs.

I booked a weekday night during the week of August 15th, then arrived to find nobody there. I called, but no one answered. Learn to do your job better!
