A horrible place. The room was filthy and dusty, and the bathroom was dirty, with no toilet paper or soap. Breakfast was poor and miserable, the coffee was awful, and the staff were rude. Not recommended.

Good location and a lovely place. I'd happily come back.

The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy, which makes the poor condition of the kitchen and bathroom all the more frustrating. The shower was so dirty that using it was truly unpleasant. Kitchen utensils were dirty, we couldn't get the oven to work, and we found a box with days-old pizza in a bedroom dresser drawer. The kitchen is small and unhygienic. The heating was another issue, since management's rules don't let you use it as you please. The accommodation is adequate, but cleanliness was not good enough for me. We won't stay with this host again when we return to Viterbo. They should improve the cleaning and, above all, renovate the horrible shower and old kitchen. Thank you.

The bedding was disappointing: none of the three double bedrooms had proper double mattresses except one, while the other two had single beds pushed together with a gap in the middle. There were no mattress or pillow protectors, and the sheets and towels were very old and not white enough to judge whether they were clean. We arrived with two children to a damp room. I called the owner to ask how to turn on the heating and was told it wasn't possible before November 12, supposedly as in all of Italy. Ms. Eva, that isn't true for all of Italy. In Viterbo, municipal rules say November 1, and your heating was independent anyway. The furnishings were a jumble of styles, though that's subjective. Highly not recommended.
