I'm staying here as a student. The apartments are nice, though they feel more like dorms. Each room has two twin beds, two closets, two nightstands, and a small modular kitchen area with a fridge, sink, and electric stove. There's a door in each bedroom that opens onto the balcony. Nice place.

If you want to be independent while still having hotel comforts, this is a great option. My only gripe is that breakfast, which is included for short stays, is at a café five minutes away from the residence. I like having my coffee right outside my room.

I've found few places this disgraceful in all my work travels around Italy. The rooms were poorly cleaned, the furnishings were run down, and there was barely any staff. Twice in 10 days I found insect larvae in the torn, stained bedding. Disgusting. There were also cockroaches and stains on the walls, and the water heater only allowed for short showers. Copies of guests' IDs were left unattended in the reception area, which was empty from at least 6 PM to 8 AM. Try calling the landline and no one answers. When I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes before I was allowed in.
