We got no help at all with getting around Naples, whether we asked about buses, trains, or navigation. The hotel had no charm and was really ugly, and breakfast was very mediocre. Worse, there was no Wi-Fi during our entire stay, even though my friend and I both needed to work. We asked for some money back or other help, but the staff were extremely unfriendly and did nothing for us. Honestly, it was a horrible experience.

It’s just outside Napoli, which made it a great base for exploring the area. We had a good room, and the on-site cafe and restaurant were consistently good. Great value for money.

The rooms were very dirty, the staff seemed unskilled, and the whole place felt neglected. For the high price, it was one of my worst hotel experiences in Italy. I don’t think this deserves a 4-star rating.

The building was being renovated while we were there. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were okay.

Really friendly people, fantastic food, and super staff. I’d definitely stay again.
