A spacious, comfortable house all to ourselves, with amazing views from both the apartment and pool. It’s a wonderful base for outings around Tuscany, or just for a peaceful break by the pool.

The accommodation didn't look like the photos. We had to sleep in a room with no window. The pictures only show the upper part of the house.

The welcoming staff were a real highlight, and we'll definitely return as soon as we can. We had a lovely weekend unwinding beside the beautiful pool and taking in the Tuscan scenery. It's a newly built apartment complex about a ten-minute drive from Volterra's historic center, with easy access to other places too, including Cecina Marina, Pisa, and Florence.

The owners are thoughtful and helpful, and Mrs. Elvira was especially kind, sharing useful tips on places to visit. We loved the peaceful setting among nature, with views over the rolling Tuscan hills. It's an ideal spot to relax, and we'll definitely come back.

Rocco is kind, but unfortunately not consistent. What a shame. The photos only show the upper part of the house, the two apartments near the pool, or the separate house. Nowhere does it say that the lower apartments have no bedroom window.
