Jerà Aloe B&B Relax-Vulcanello

The staff made the stay especially enjoyable. They were so kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartments were well appointed and the property was impeccable, which made for a comfortable stay. I was truly delighted with the experience and can't wait to return. I'd highly recommend this residence to anyone after a relaxing, high-quality vacation.

Getting around was easy since the location is accessible by public transport, and the room had everything we needed. We also thought it was excellent value for money. What I remember most about Jerà, though, is how kind and attentive all the staff were. When we first arrived on the island, Antonio met us with the shuttle and showed us some of its most characteristic spots, as well as places to eat, all without us even asking.

The room was clean and nicely equipped, so it felt comfortable and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised by the stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive experience.

The apartments are quite dated and not very clean, and they certainly don't look like the website photos. We booked a two-room apartment described as "seafront" on the property's website, but the apartment we were given on arrival was anything but that, as the photo showed. There was also a strong smell of gas from a leaking gas cylinder. It was checked right away, but the cylinder wasn't replaced until a few hours later. Ingo, who manages the property, was extremely helpful and kind. When we asked, he gave us a new seafront apartment, as we'd booked and paid for. But the day before checkout, he again asked us to suddenly move back to the first apartment. We couldn't move that day, and were eventually allowed to spend one last night in our accommodation. Ingo's staff were very rude and even complained when they found our luggage still in the apartment. If we hadn't insisted on getting what we were entitled to, the stay would certainly have been unpleasant. Some of the residence's staff were less than friendly when we made legitimate requests.
