The staff were quick and easy to communicate with, and both the room and bathroom were clean. We couldn’t have breakfast because of unexpected circumstances on the staff’s side. Things happen and I understand, though I think they should have a backup plan for situations like that.

We had a lovely holiday with our baby. The recently renovated room was nice, and the hotel’s green areas were lovely. The restaurant food was better than we expected, and the staff were very kind. The pool and breakfast were less impressive.

Meals at the Summer Village "Borgo Marino Albatros" in Zambrone, Reggio Calabria, were the highlight of my recent stay. Each dish brought out the flavors of Calabria, using fresh, local, natural ingredients. The seafood and local produce made every meal feel like a taste of the region’s food traditions. The staff added a lot to the experience. They were cheerful, kind and ready to help, and knew the dishes well. Their enthusiasm for sharing local food stories made meals both flavorful and informative. The care and passion in how each course was presented were clear. For anyone wanting to experience Calabrian cuisine, this charming retreat is a great destination. I loved the food and can’t wait to experience it again.
