The place was great, very clean, and really close to the train station, bus station, and Unipol Arena, the main concert venue in the area. Our host was one of the best we’ve ever had. She helped with whatever we needed and answered all our questions. We totally recommend it!

Breakfast was great. Elisabetta left me a mortadella sandwich and tasty homemade cake, and the self-serve area had top-notch capsule coffee, individual juices, and cereals. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the B&B was nicely furnished. I stayed at Braschi 8 B&B on a business trip. Elisabetta was very kind and explained everything even though I was in a hurry. A great experience, and I hope to return on my next work trip.

Elisabetta made us feel right at home with her warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help. The room and bathroom were spotless and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine; there’s another one in the shared lounge, along with a range of food and drinks available at all times. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with homemade sweet and savory dishes. The guest care was impeccable. It’s also very well placed for things to do in Bologna, Modena, and the surrounding provinces. The Unipol Arena is especially convenient for concerts, and you can ask for a shuttle there. Highly recommended.
