Norse Hill

Coming back to Norse Hill on my own was just as relaxing as my family visit eight years earlier. Some of the team were still there, and they recognized me and welcomed me back. I had a quiet, peaceful time, with space to meditate and focus on wellness, and I could really unplug. I've found nowhere else as calming, whether for a family holiday, a solo trip, or time as a couple. My favorite routine was a long scenic walk each morning, then a traditional breakfast with local ingredients and coffee. Before heading out on excursions, I'd sit on the shaded outdoor patio, enjoying a cool breeze and views beside one of the most incredible trees I've ever seen. During that first 12 day stay, the kitchen team served regional dishes at every meal, and their already masterful chef only got better over time. The staff have always been attentive, personable, and helpful with finding local places to visit. I'd send my friends and family here without hesitation, and I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Rebecca, the owner, made the wedding planning feel like doing it with family. She understood what Richard and I were going through, made thoughtful concessions to help us, and supported us every step of the way. The staff brought that same warmth, while staying friendly and professional and committed to making our day go well. The grounds were lush, vibrant, and beautifully cared for, with picture-perfect corners everywhere. Our photos came out stunning, and the food was delicious. From the moment we arrived, the place felt special, and the care we received made it unforgettable. Choosing Norse Hill was one of our best wedding planning decisions. It brings together natural beauty, excellent service, and heartfelt care. I'd have my wedding here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Rebecca and the whole team for giving us the day we dreamed of. The sounds of nature at Norse Hill Estate gave me the peace I needed, and I didn't even need to turn on the TV to sleep, which is usually my routine. The beds were so comfortable, and waking up surrounded by nature felt amazing. I was there for business, but they treated me like a rock star the whole time. Sudan, Kadian, Fitzroy & Valentine made the stay even better. The views are breathtaking from every angle, whether you're on the main house balcony upstairs or by the garden swing. The staff are just as lovely, like family you visit out of town who are happy to see you and take care of your needs. No need to keep thinking about it, just BOOK. It was an experience to remember.

The best part of our stay with a group of 13 was the team. They went above and beyond with the service, and I felt as though they were family. We stayed in the charming large villa, on a stunning property with a magnificent ocean view. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect visit. I'd especially recommend this place to large groups.
