There were 20 of us celebrating my friend's 50th birthday, which is also mine. Javaughn looked after what we needed and wanted for breakfast, making sure the food was warm and greeting us with warm smiles. His care made the group feel extra special, and we thought his service was first class. I'm ready to do it again. Thanks for the impeccable service, Javaughn. You rock!

The salmon at AC Hotel was excellent, cooked just right, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You could see the care in the preparation and ingredients. Shaair recommended it, and that was spot on. He was attentive, professional, and friendly throughout, and made us feel well looked after. Great food with that kind of service made the meal memorable. I'll be back, and would recommend the salmon and asking for Shaair for top-tier service.

The only thing keeping my stay from a full five stars was not having a beach right outside the hotel. Otherwise, I felt comfortable and valued the whole time. As a Jamaican staying at a local resort, I sometimes expect to be treated differently from overseas visitors, but that wasn’t my experience at the AC Hotel, Kingson. Andrew was great at check-in, and Alicia, our morning waitress, was excellent. Management deserves credit for having such a well-trained team. I really enjoyed the stay.
