Golf View Hotel

I’d been to events at Golf View Hotel over the years but had never stayed there, so as a local Jamaican I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The comfortable, clean room had everything I needed to relax, and the experience felt like great value, with delicious food and warm Jamaican hospitality. Decadence Restaurant had plenty of menu choices, and I really liked the substantial, well-prepared Jamaican breakfast options. Shaquille kindly helped with our luggage, and the young woman at check-in, the front desk team, and housekeeping were all welcoming, pleasant, and professional. Complimentary microwaves and hair dryers in the rooms would be a nice improvement, but that was a small thing and didn’t take away from the stay. I’d gladly return and recommend Golf View Hotel to locals and visitors alike.

I’ve been coming to Golf View since late last year, 2025, and trust mi, I love it. The atmosphere is refreshing, the food is great, and the staff are lovely. I look forward to visiting every month, especially for the Wednesday breakfast stew chicken. Thanks to all the Golf View staff.

My husband and I spent 8 days at Golf View Hotel, first with him there in winter and then together as a couple in spring. Both visits were remarkable, and we’d stay again largely because of the wonderful staff, a remarkable group of young people who made us feel comfortable. I especially want to thank them. Shelby was our first contact and new to the role, yet did a phenomenal job reassuring us about our plans. Laresea listened to what we needed and booked a suitable room, then answered our questions professionally when we arrived. Jessica welcomed us warmly and checked that we were comfortable. Mykela always had a smile and a positive greeting. It rained most days, and when Kesha heard us discussing a trip to the store, she offered her umbrella. That kindness meant a lot. Mario carried our luggage up the stairs and made it look easy, lol. Tracey made each restaurant meal feel new, and her recommendations and warmth meant a great deal. Jermaine made sure we had what we needed at breakfast. Shaquille greeted us warmly, checked on our room comfort, listened to our requests, and responded quickly. The cleaning staff kept the room immaculate at arrival and left us satisfied with the service each day. May the Most High bless you all. This was a very last-minute stay, and I’m glad everything worked out so well. Golf View Hotel was clean and comfortable, with beautiful aesthetics and a vibe I really enjoyed. The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout. They were also hosting a Valentine’s event while we were there, and having the room decorated made the stay extra special and memorable. Everything felt thoughtful and well put together. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
