Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach - All Inclusive

Iberostar felt like a home away from home from day one. The hotel was lovely, and the people made the stay for my sisters and me feel like more than five stars. Cedric, Valentine, Levran, and Colin were wonderful concierges who went beyond expectations, from little surprises in our room to handling our wacky requests. The entertainment team made both mornings and evenings better. Pooh Bear and Impact always brought the vibes, along with the rest of the team. Toni-ann was always ready to help. Nova gave an excellent presentation for the club membership, checked that we were being looked after throughout our stay, and always stopped to say hi. Mr T was incredibly attentive as our waiter and remembered even the smallest details about us. Shawn B and Ashlee in the cafe also gave us lovely service. These people and so many others made the holiday unforgettable. Amazing is the closest word I can find for it.

We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back. The restaurant team was especially great, with Kileesha, Jodi Ann, Sarah, and Kerryon giving us outstanding service throughout the visit. Sean at the front desk was welcoming and incredibly helpful. So many other staff members helped make our stay memorable too. We’re grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

The staff have been so good to us, especially Tiriha, who’s been really nice and responsive. Nackeisha has also been an amazing server, keeping our water filled and making sure we didn’t miss a beat. The restaurants are good, though I’d expect smaller portions. Definitely try the Asian restaurant. Everyone’s been so nice here so far.

I just got back and already miss this place. It’s spotless, with someone always cleaning, the food is great, and the entertainment is great too. The employees are what make it, they’re so loving and welcoming and really make you feel special. Jovayne at the concierge desk did everything he could for me and my mom. After we left, he even checked in to wish me well and say goodbye. He goes above and beyond. Jamie at the bar is a gem and remembered my mom’s birthday. Kimiesha, Amanda, Samoya, and Odale were always smiling, friendly, and attentive. Mell Money at the towel hut worked up a sweat helping me inflate my floaty and didn’t complain once. Chad helped me look for my lost shoes and answered all my ridiculous questions. The housekeeping staff were great, my room was immaculate, and it was always stocked with towels and the fridge was replenished. Aquaman made water aerobics so much fun that my mom wants to take classes back home. The Food Truck is absolutely delicious, and the people working there know how to cook and do it with a smile. Best jerk ever. The front desk staff were the best too. There was a mix-up with my room, and after they fixed it, they came to my room with an apology card and gifts for me, my mom, and my 2 kids. I’m sorry if I missed anyone. Everyone is amazing and beautiful. I recommend this place over and over, and I’ll be back!
