Luxury Apartments and Rooms, The Lagoons

My wife and I were invited to a BD party here, and the view blew us away. It’s tucked into the hills, away from the everyday scenery, and there’s a pool too. We’re now planning to celebrate our anniversary here. You could hold a wedding, party, or pretty much any kind of event at this place.

The airport pickup went perfectly, thanks Damian, and Securitycat at the gate was very helpful. Check-in was easy, the rooms were super clean, the kitchen had everything, and the bed was comfortable. Nia was very friendly too.

It’s a very nice complex, with landscaping that’s well done and kept up. It feels like a big step away from the typical communities, and it’s a lovely place.

I booked more than three months ahead, but now I’m being told the owners cancelled my confirmed reservation because they got a better rate from someone else. They didn’t even notify me, so I was left without somewhere to stay for the weekend. Completely unacceptable. I understand this has happened to others and that their reviews were deleted, so I expect mine may be removed too. I’ll also take my complaint to other media. Expedia tried hard to compensate me, but The Lagoons are reprehensible. Book there at your own peril.
