Our stay at Beach House Condos was really enjoyable. The grounds were clearly cared for, and our room was very nice and spotless when we arrived. We also found the location convenient, with a relaxing, scenic feel. The people working there added a lot to the visit. Unique, Bull, Lance, Al and Samuel were all welcoming, helpful and professional, and made us feel looked after. The one problem was the beds in the second bedroom of the Lower Reef House. Both were uncomfortable and seemed due for replacement, and we ended up with back discomfort that affected our rest. With new mattresses in that room, the stay would be close to perfect. We’d consider coming back.

Such a lovely little place. The beach was clean and dreamy, the rooms had what we needed and were clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We ate well without spending much, and I can highly recommend the spa. It felt safe and welcoming when we went out. Make time for Ricks cafe in the afternoon if you want to see the cliff jumping. Thanks for making our stay so good. Big Up Bull and Vincent, it was great meeting you both. See you again! 🥰🇯🇲🙏

We stayed in the Garden III studio and were really happy with it. Staff and returning guests told us it was the nicest unit in the complex. The resident kitties may come by to visit or curl up on the patio. It’s a small, lovely resort on the southern stretch of 7 Mile Beach, and the staff were super friendly. I’d recommend a massage with Cecilia or Samantha.

Beach House Condos is my favorite escape when I want to relax and eat somewhere truly special. The service is A+, and I’m even thinking about buying a unit or building my own in beautiful Negril.

A nice place to stay, especially if you want to make your own meals. The restaurant and bar felt too expensive for food and drinks that were subpar at best. I’d come back, just wouldn’t eat or drink at the bar there.
