Chippewa Village

The apartment was very clean, and we felt safe there. It’s a great complex in a good location, near popular party spots like Jungle and margaritaville, with only a short walk to the beach. The owner was really helpful and did his best to make us comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming too. Definitely recommend! Thank you! 🙏

The pool wasn’t clean, so I couldn’t swim at all. The place feels run down and needs tender loving care to look like the website pictures. The studio apartment walls were thin, and on Sunday at 7:30 am I could hear the couple upstairs fighting. Ugh! Nadine the manager is very nice, and I enjoyed her energy. She’s the best! Princess the guard dog will win you over too. The place is basic and simp!e, so bring your own cooking supplies. The Wi-Fi was great, and there was a Bluetooth speaker and hot water, but some electric lights were dim or not working. The owner couldn’t keep us for the whole time we requested because of the pool.

Nadine, the caretaker, was kind and easy to deal with, but the rest of our stay was really upsetting. My mom had to clean the pool before the kids could swim, and the place was run down and full of cockroaches. The owner, John, yelled at my mom and wouldn't give us one extra towel. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It isn't worth it unless you can put up with dirt, disrepair, and being yelled at every day.

The property was poorly kept, and there was no security. The photos make it look very different from what we found. Everything from the sheets and pillows to the cushions, dishes, and kitchenware was in terrible shape, with mold and rust. There were just two pots and no other cooking utensils. I wouldn't recommend it.
